    4. User Responsibilities

    You are solely responsible for:

    • The accuracy, legality, and content of the information you provide;
    • Keeping your account secure and your login credentials confidential;

    You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or to upload any content that infringes on third-party rights.

    5. Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings.

    Subscription Cancellation: Canceling a subscription stops future billing. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

    Account Deletion: Deleting your account will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data, including any content you've created or stored within the platform. This action is irreversible.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-enhanced outputs—are the exclusive property of Blue Shed Digital, LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

    You may not:

    • Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service;
    • Use the Service or its output for commercial resale or sublicensing without express written permission.

    7. AI-Generated Content

    The Service uses AI to enhance user-submitted content. While we strive for quality and usefulness, AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-enhanced content.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Shed Digital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

    In no event shall our total liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    9. No Warranty

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
